Bike and Helmet lights

Hi guys, looking for some advice into what lights to get to enable me to ride at night. Seen a few guys out tonight with a set on the front and rear of the bike and on their helmets. Not looking to spend a fortune, so any advice into what to get?

I would suggest making sure any helmet lights are low power. If there is one thing that pisses off drivers at night its having bright led lights shined in your face. You want them bright enough to be noticed but they are not to be so bright as to blind oncoming vehicles. These are to be used in conjunction with bar mounted lights which you should direct away from drivers in the same way car headlights are dipped for a reason.
