Considering buying a nice tubular wheelset but wary because of the obvious downsides. Do all\most tubular tyres come with removable valve cores? As this would allow me to put some sealant in ( like my MTB tyres) and more importantly, give me peace of mind that I won't be stranded 50 miles from home

Been putting sealant in tubs for years - never encountered a tub without a removeable valve core - often don't realise I've had a flat until I've got home. Still need to carry a spare unless you have an obliging partner rescue service.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

How do you get the sealant in? I normally inject the Stan's after taking the core out

The Stan's sealant injector thingy works just fine.
