Miscellaneous not much done today. Promising start to the day with clear skies, but soon clouded over. Continued experiment with turbo, followed by swim, lunch, and an afternoon faffing about while the predicted storm fizzled. Round 2 on its way though. Excellent curry dinner. No further plans for the evening, walk cancelled due to high winds.

Moaning folks,
Lovely sunny morning for a wobble in to work, now a little more overcast out there. New doors being fitted to the house so we should have a winter with fewer draughts and doors that don't stick in the frames. That will be nice. Nice and quiet day in the office as a couple of people are out. Unfortunately they are the ones that make me tea, on balance I think I prefer the peace and quiet. Not much else going on around here, had to dig my winter lights out this morning ready for the ride home. Presumably it will be the usual with a load of idiots that have forgotten how to drive in the dark.

Another one here who pedalled in this morning and it was bl00dy lovely. Nice and light, quite 'fresh' but dry and lots of autumn colours. I must be getting soft in my old age. Admittedly I'm a bit knackered as I went to a Batmitzvah do up in the arris end of North London last night and it took ages getting there, but not too bad on the way back and got to 'stretch the legs' on the car on the North Circular

It was grim going the other way, major roadworks approaching Wembley, no chance of getting any speed up. Thankfully I plumped for the right hand lane to eliminate any last minute requests for turning into Ikea, turned out to be much quicker as well so a double win.... and got to 'stretch the legs' on the car on the North Circular0 -
The leg stretching was quite late on last night on the way back. Getting there in the early evening was a bit of a test of my patience...I didn't even have to go as far west as Wembley but the queues were going back miles. And I only had one small drink :evil:

Bonnie Galloway was very pretty today - lots of forest in my route. It all went super smooth and the van behave impeccably on oil. There must be something very wrong.
