Recommendations for a decent lawyer

Hi,

I was cycling down Boris Johnson's flagship CS2 cycle path on my usual commute on Tuesday when a gentleman decided to jump the lights in the opposite direction and throw a fast right turn. Subsequently I hit him about 30kmph. I had zero time to react.

Right arm crumpled, right calf degloved (and now skin grafted). Scott Plasma snapped in two. Driver buggered off but witness got number plate and police have allegedly traced him.

I need a good lawyer. Not some ambulance chasing claims brigade. Sorry for the rant! Any recommendations appreciated.

Appreciate this is a few days old.Are you a member of British Cycling? You get free Legal support if you join.

Hope this helps in some small way

If British Cycling doesn't work cause of joining after the accident then try Alyson France/Bike Line. They specialise in cycle accidents. The process won't be quick particularly given the driver did a runner and will try to deny blame etc.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
