Sram Red crank not moving

Hi
SRAM red crankset will not move, released both screws the 8 & 10 but will not come apart?. Have I done something wrong or need to do something to release?.

Don't release the 10mm, it is acting as the lever when you unscrew the 8mm and force the non-drive side crank arm off the axle.
