Help needed! Campagnolo freehub coming loose.
OK, I have searched for the solution to this problem everywhere (forums, youtube, campy manuals) with no luck. I hope I can find some answers here.
I have a Campagnolo Zonda wheelset with Shimano compatible freehub. Recently my rear shifting has been causing problems and after removing cassette I noticed that freebody comes loose even if I tighten the lock ring (the inner one that tightens counter clockwise). Here's the video:

I took the wheel to a technician, he took a look and said that there should be a spacer in there that keeps the freebody tight and it's missing in mine. The thing is I never diassembiled my rear hub anyhow so I don't know how this part could be missing. Then we looked at some fresh freebody boxes (both campy and shimano versions) at the shop and they did not have that spacer at all. Mechanic still swears he's seen spacers being placed before the lockring. (not the spacer for 9/10/11 speed compatibility)
I've watched every freehub disassembly video on youtube and never saw such a spacer but the only video that had it is the following, first it uses a campy freehub and the reason for a spacer could be trainer specific:
https://youtu.be/gHFvELjrg0w?t=17
Also, the product here looks like it has something similar to a spacer (it's campy freehub though):
https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=44134
So what could be wrong with my freewhel? I am sure there is no broken and missing parts because the hub and shifting used to work great just 2 weeks earlier. I would appreciate any answers, I could also post additional videos/pictures if needed.
Thank you.

I think there is meant to be a small spacer between the ds locknut and the freehub. It is not a spare that comes with a new freehub. It might be that. Have you tried a new freehub. Without seeing my self it is difficult to advise further.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0

Thank you very much for reply, the kind guys at bikeforums pointed out that the spare part FH-RE126 is needed. It's also being shown in Campy manual under Zonda title (http://www.campagnolo.com/media/files/035_252_Catalogue_spare%20parts_tools_Campagnolo_2015_part_C.pdf)
So luckily, I'll buy it and I'm set.0
