Why have you posted in 'Road Bigginers'?
The other post only stayed for its amusement factor I think. They did not get a lot of interest from what I recall.
I Prefer something much simpler. They look a faff and too slim to go over anything bigger than jeggings without being uncomfortable.
I would rather have a pair of waterproof trousers, than waterproof over trousers if the 'look' was that important to me.

There is another thread in the workshop area, where i found 6 further links to the same thing all in different sections of the forum.
