I do like the way you have made the reflective section out of a break up pattern of random shapes - so that car drivers might be confused and think it is water on the road. So much less boring than the bold chevrons and stripes that more mundane manufacturers use and are obviously something man-made that requires the drivers attention.
My Berghaus overtrousers do much the same duty at about 35 quid - so that would be a break point at which people will just go for a brand they know, trust, and can pick up from local shop.

Fair point about the reflective bits.
Great idea - for me, the USP is the ease of on/off - although to be honest I'm not sure of whether this is particularly unique. Nice that they pack away so small
Key though is breathability. If these don't breath, your trousers will be as wet, and probably stinkier, that just getting rained on.
