Hi
I am looking for a lightweight, breathable, waterproof jacket to wear on trails and that can be stashed in medium sized hydration bag like a camel back mule. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks in advance.

A lot more than you'll pay at Aldi, but take a look at what Montane have in their current range. I bought a super lightweight, very breathable, very waterproof jacket for £85 (sale price) 3 years ago and it's possibly the best bit of bike clothing I own. It packs away tiny too and is also windproof.

Aldi do some great stuff at stupid prices, but don't expect them to offer great performance or fit. Doubt they're very breathable and judging by the waterproof trousers I bought from there a couple of years ago, it probably won't keep you dry in the torrential stuff.

It's worth checking out tkmaxx.if there's one local to you .The stock varies, ,but they have some good stuff now and then.
