For those who are not shirkers, OAPs or doodlers.
People take their water bottles seriously.
Off for a meetings. not sure what to do for lunch.
Feeling battered from the weight session last night.
Enjoy the day ladies

Fun wobble in to work, bit fresh with a low sun and frisky deer. Woke up some chap in a car as he swung round out of a line of traffic to do a 3 point turn. My head appearing at his open window yelling "look!" certainly made him jump and his eyes opened quite wide. He wasn't awake enough to respond before I'd continued on my merry way. Then passed a colleague which surprised him somewhat, pointed out that it's much quicker on 2 wheels.
Now avoiding work as is traditional, customers keep interrupting though. Very irritating.

Low quality trolling from Flaneur re: water bottles.
I also used it to level my saddle.
Even to remove the back wheel you have to remove the gear cable, the gear cable adjuster bracket, the brake cable(hub brake) the brake adjuster, the p bracket that keep the wheel in place the two hub nuts ( no QR here!) the two washers, the two locking washers, the chain, then the wheel is free!
The cog was weaving in and out like a dog's elbow the cones are buried and so everything has to come off the drive side to get to them, at this point the other side drops off revealing the internal hub brake mechanism, something I really didn't need to see
Normal cone adjustment.
Then it got difficult the flats on the axle have to be at the top the brake and wheel support have to be horizontal and the gear cable end on the other side has to exit the hub at 5 o'clock, trying to get all these happening at the same time was a challenge.
Then put it all back together, put the wheel in, then take the wheel out again as I left the gear bracket dangling under the bike and this has to go on before you finish fitting the wheel. Sliding the wheel out causes the whole assembly to swing round and loosen the cog
All back together, only the pedals won't rotate when changing up or down past number 5. Set the gear wheels and adjuster as normal SA procedure.
Then the worst bit...
...I had to test ride a Pashley folding bicycle complete with basket
This place doesn't need high quality bait. Why do more than you have too

Mmmmmm, do you employ this tactical decision in your acquisition of physical engagement? Low threshold?
Challenging clients, annoying staff, pre breakfast zone 2 ride in the dark but watched the sunrise this morning. Looking at HD's pictures and wishing I was there. Looking at fluoride's nature and pleased I'm not him as he sounds he goes for pie eaters outside a chippy.
Looking at booking some winter sun, probably Tenerife or that cycling Mecca they call Majorca in March. Probably the 21st as its the first day of Spring but I'll research the climate before deciding.

Hmm... Been there before with the back pedalling lever thingy but without the Sturmey Archer bit.
The god's are conniving to keep you occupied. Time to attempt sorting the Bent Big Bang theory once and for all and prove them all wrong. perhaps the owner of said 7 speed SA should be the new No.1 tester.
Bit lost on the water bottle malarkey but the grey matter will process it eventually.
Chewsday delivered a level of mangling to which I am unlikely to recover soon.
