Rattling Internal cables

I hired a bike for a weeks holiday in Mallorca. It's a carbon framed Centurion.
Not too bad except for the internal cable rattles that are there on all but the smoothest surfaces.
It's worst cornering at speed - first time I thought the wheel was coming off.
Is this normal with internal cabling?
The cables all look like the outers continue into the frame tubes.
I can't see how it could easily be fixed so they didn't rattle.
Moan over now and back home to my quiet old fashioned external cabled bike on Tuesday.

If the outers go all the way through you could always squirt a little expanding foam in the down tube to stop the rattling. Not sure how easy it would be to subsequently change the outer though (but i recon you could pull a new one in using the old one as a guide).Rose Xeon CDX 3100, Ultegra Di2 disc (nice weather)
