Frog 48 v Islabike Beinn 20 small

I am looking for a bike for my nearly 5 year old daughter. She's has an inside leg of 42cm and is 102cm tall. And she can ride a bike comfortably without stabilisers (currently riding a weighty princesses bike).
So going by her measurements she would need frog 42 or cnoc 16 however we have just tried her on the frog 48 and it was defo the right size and she rode with ease. The 42 would of been miles too small.
I really just tried her on the frog to check bike size as would prefer to get her Islabike - so is the frog 48 in comparison to Beinn 20 small? (By size not functionality)? Any help would be appreciated!

She won't be able to put both feet down for a while on the Beinn so your call I guess on how confident she is and weather a few tumbles are likely to knock her back. You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.0
