Wheels for single speed commuter

I ride a Dolan single speed to work all year round. It needs new wheels as the front brake track is heavily worn and the rear won't stay true. The wheels need proper brake tracks so track wheels aren't ideal, but I also need a single speed rear hub and ideally bearings with proper seals. Most solutions to this problem are track wheels or handbuilts, which are either not suited to winter commuting or expensive. My budget is probably £300ish but with some flexibility for a good product.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

You could go handbuilts as there are a few hubs options;

Halo Aerorage can be had with or without brake tracks and the hubs have cartridge bearings, IIRC a pair can be had for £160 ish. They also come in different colours and hubs in double fixed or fixed/free.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
