Garmin not recording rides - Why?

I have a Garmin Edge 200 and on occasions it does not download the ride(s) I do.

For instance I lost the rides I did yesterday. It synced Tuesdays, and todays but did not do yesterdays.

What am I doing wrong?

Looking in the history it did not record anything I did yesterday :?
I know I saved the ride home, I distinctly remember doing so.

Not sure if the 200 is different, but on the 500 you have to have reset before it'll upload anything, that completes the ride. I think.

On another note, my 800 just spent 8 hours under water and still works perfectly

Can you actually look at the file system and see your activity there?
I think it's in the (device_letter)/Garmin/Activities/ folder.
