Got this quite cheap. It has a couple of issues but it rides like an absolute dream compared to my Carrera and even my Boardman Carbon.
It's got paint over the seat tube decal and it's been touched in with white and not Pearl paint. RX100 Deraileur on the back, apparently this is almost identical to the 105 that should be there but I'd like to get a 105 Golden Arrow for it. Currently 7 speed Shimano cassette.
I'll get a nice Charge Spoon saddle in white for it and I'll get white bar tape. Need some better fitting hoods for the 105 brakes.
Currently has Mavic CXP 22 700's on it, I di get a set of 27 inch Mavic Module E rims but I'm guessing this is not ridable?
Loving it already and I've only ridden it 100 yards...

Just imagine what a 531c frame and forks with complete rims for wheels would be like! The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
Classic one, I've been thinking to get a vintage as well. But I got a question, if the bike used to be running with 27 inch wheels set, could I change it to 700c instead? Thanks0

Should do - the worst case would be bigger drop brakes being needed. But unless you are going 'retro', why not just stick with 27 inch if that's what the bike comes with. Looks better and there are decent 27 inch tyres available.Faster than a tent.......0
