God I hate this time of year, wet and windy but mild so i get wet from the rain and sweat at the same time! It is the dampness equivalent of burning the candle at both ends!

Put a groundsheet under the turbo trainer and then rinse it off after. F*ck knows why you want to go on one in the first place though. Make it fun by placing tin cans at various points and distances on the groundsheet and see if you can 'ping' them with snot rockets whilst working out.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
Evening all. Knackered after lots of driving around the grim Norff, educating moaning Yorkshiremen and a couple of customer visits. The drive down the A1 was predictably grim.
