Which of these 3 hardtails?

Need some advice, I have narrowed down to 3! They are the Norco Charger 7.1, GT Zaskar Comp or Scott scale 760! All 27.5 and 2016 models.
Which one should I go for guys?

I'm asking for a friend at work who is doing the ride to work scheme.these are the 3 that he liked the look of.
