Meh me, urgh.
Working 2 and a bit days out of the last 7 means I have obviously over cooked things.
Think i'll go have a sauna and then maybe coffee and cake. Sports massage would be nice too and then something strenuous like an afternoon nap...

Got up full of beans this morning to find a tyre full of glass. I say full, it was really a sliver but enough to abort the ride.
Got the turbo out instead for the first time and had 15 minutes on that after setting it up.
Got a site visit this afternoon so if I finish early enough I'll nip out for a real ride.Advocate of disc brakes.0 -

I only took up cycling due having a bad back, so if wasn't for my last bout of sciatica I probably wouldn't be here
