Some interim review courage....

I have my interim review today. Do I a:

1) Tell it like it is
2) Get through it

I feel like a sprinter in a GC team at the moment, and although my role is safe and secure pretty much indefinitily, I've definitely underperforming.

You've got to say it how it is up until the point it starts harming you.

How you put it and frame it will be the limiting factor on how honest you can be.

Sorely tempted. But I've done it before and nothing ever changes as a result, the boss just sulks at me for a bit.
