Just see a factory (GTL-BIKE) who make tubuless carbon road rims in China, it looks cheap.
considing for the tubuless 60mm depth 23 wide clincher

I've built a few pairs of these: http://www.light-bicycle.com/carbon-road-bike/carbon-road-cyclocross-U-shaped-rim and ride the 35mm ones. Really happy with them so far and with Extralite hubs only weight 1250g for the pair.
