Train in as I'm picking up no1 son from school later. Minimal effort required today but I finished watching Fortitude yesterday so I've got nothing to watch while at work

Morning noork supports
Super foggy Friday and when I get through my second coffee, I just might jump on the bike and do some glass cranking seen as the combination of 'offs' and table tennis has left me a bit like a rusty ironing board mechanism.

Much to my dislike the crayons have not stopped colouring this week but we have plenty of cake in the office today so it's not all bad

Sunny skies here, shame that yesterdays 70km killed my legs and they need recharging for tomorrows ride.
Plus sides for today are a haircut and possibly steak.

11:59 as I wrote that. Rather too busy at work, not impressed. Hopefully the day will go quickly at least. Off to eat dead piggy shortly, which is good. Might have a beer later if I fancy it as I'm not doing any of this stopping something I enjoy nonsense. Not keen on vodka though so won't be doing that either.

Meh, big big meh. Went out in the fog (no offs), fog lifted but was cloudy. It was chilly and I dressed in the usual Michelin Man winter stuff. Now the clouds have lifted and it is turned into a beautiful sunny day. Typical.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
