What Fork For £350?

Hi

I am looking for a new fork for my 26". I will be getting some new wheels too so was looking at bolt through. I will be using these for XC riding, nothing gnarly downhill. I also need them to have a tapered steerer.

I was looking at a Rockshock Reba RL solo. I know very little about forks so advice would be grand.

How much travel do they need to suit your frame?

You can get the Suntour Epicon (Now Epixon) for about £135 off ebay and it's pretty much the equal of the Reba (some say it's better, some the same, some not 'quite' as good).

I was thinking 120mm would be the maximum needed.

I have a Cube LTD Pro, with Manitou Minute's on at the moment.

I wouldn't go over the 100mm that frame was designed for.

Which version of the Minutes, most are very good forks.
