2 Forts Way - Tilbury?

Does anyway know if this route is rideable please? Connecting path from Tilbury Fort to Coalhouse Fort along the riverside, Bikehike is showing it as part of NCN13, Sustrans not showing it! I've not been round that way for years, remember it as being a footpath that I wouldn't fancy trying to ride on but seems it may have been upgraded?

To answer my own question if anyone is interested. Yes it is rideable. Wouldn't take a road bike, there are some gravelly bits, one small section that was just half house bricks strewn at odd angles, and if the tide is high you might have to ride through the sea.... Nice little jaunt though
