Garmin 800 , just loaded elevation no mileage etc on strava

I've just done the 100km Kent Air ambulance ride, tried to load it on to strava, it's only loaded the elevation, showing 4163ft, no other detail. I used a god route as supplied and it did its little tune on completion. All the detail was there whilst riding, Hr, cadence , mileage...

Any ideas what I can do ( I'm not going round again!)

Just unplugged it and checked, all the detail is on the Garmin, will delete the strava activity and try again...

    Have you tried loading it into Garmin Connect?

    I managed to delete it from strava and then load it up from the file. A bit strange that it it didn't load up the main ride but had no problem syncing the details for the 5 miles spin down. Glad I got it sorted , it was a bit of a tough ride, loads of people got completely lost.
