It's purely medicinal, you should appreciate that in your line. All I needed to do was to get it approved by the regulators, and parliament.

I reckon it has to be Ham Lands North, the only "waste land" I can think of in the vicinity only accessible via a 20 minute walk.

Probably not. Also 20 minutes is a long time to walk, the area can't be that big that it's 20 minutes from the nearest access point.

Marsh Lane on the kingston side of the Berrylands sewage works. From the map the wasteland is surrounded by the Hogsmill River, the railway line, the cemetry and (drumroll) university halls of residence
