Nothing special about today SAE15w/40.
Quite a pleasant morning down here in the civilised world, it won't last though. Rain is forecast from about midday. I need to pop out to the locksmith's and to get some lunch before that happens. Not much else going on. Need to sort the insurance for the boy driving the Mini from Thursday. Yikes! :shock:0 -
I'm home alone in the office for a full week so I'm not sure what I'll be doing but I do know that I'll have to make my own cups of tea which is not good, not good at all!Advocate of disc brakes.0

Day is going ok
Managed to dodge the rain on my way in (in that it hadn't started when I got to work, not that I was weaving erratically across the road to avoid the drops!)
was a bit early to my first meeting (i'm always late to everything usually!)
managed to tick off most of today's to-do list already
if the rain stops before I leave this can go down as a good day!www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0 -
Purchases today so far have been limited to two bags of smokeless coal and if this rain carries on I shall forgo my evening ride in favour of chainsaw related activities.Advocate of disc brakes.0

Went to the locksmith's at 10 to avoid the rain. Got rained on, thankfully not too much.
I'm also having to make my own tea as the other 2 members of the tea round are off today. Skiving bastards.0 -
It's my sons 4th birthday today. He/we were up at 6 opening presents, then out for breakfast and a playcentre afterwards with the family.
Wife is still pregnant, 41 weeks and counting - still no sign! The good news is I have a month off work, starting today, and it's raining (I'm a postie).0 -

Took my little boy to school for the first time today. He looks so grown up, time flys, why can't they stay cute and innocent foreverPinno, מלך אידיוט וחרא מכונאי0 -

Tell him to make sure he works harder than his old man obviously did otherwise there might be two oconns on the BB thick list :P"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

Now looking at replacements for the lump of metal currently parked up outside the house. Tempted to get something a bit faster, as long as it can still fit a downhill bike in the back without taking the wheels off This could get expensive."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." Usual fun and games at work, then took my 9 year old for a football trial with the academy of a premier league club. Managed to dodge the rain while watching him. Got home, had dinner, no watching deep sea fishermen on the telly - nutters.0

I had none at 31 either, my first was at 35 and we're just having the second and last (I'm 39 now).0 -

It was a good day then as nice and sunny later on as I left Solihull0 -
I had none at 40. Now I have 2.
Just had round two of the mates bike saga. Frikkin thing. What is it with the huge indexed jumps on the front mech? 4 clicks from start to finish for 3 chainrings. Shimano
Picked up a hitch hiker from hell today. Late 50's bloke who said he smelt like the hospital he just discharged (escaped?) himself from. More like Digbeth coach station crossed with an alleyway next to a kebab shop on a Saturday night.
Drove with the window wide open.
Tomorrow should be a cruise but I doubt it.
