Thinking of purchasing one for the winter months, anybody own one and rate it? Quick question when you attach your 11sp bike to the supplied cassette do you have to re index your bikes gears to it? You obviously can't swap and change different branded rear wheels without re indexing I've found.

  • I would consider the Tacx Neo instead. Similar price but pretty much silent unlike the Kickr.

I don't find I have to reindex when swapping wheels YMMV.

  • I have one and it's an amazing piece of kit. Bought it mid winter and am now the fittest I've ever been. You don't need to change gears as it automatically adjusts the resistance to the work out you are doing. Paired with trainerroad it's brilliant. The price of a winter bike, but definitely worth the money. Just look at all the reviews on wiggle. Plus it's not very noisy. You won't regret buying one.
