windows don't recognize garmin

I´ve used my garmin edge 810 for months without any problem but recently when I try to connect the garmin to my computer I immediately receive a message saying that the USB device is not recognized.

Anyone else had this problem? Or know ou to solve it?

Possibly the USB cable, they can be a bit finnicky sometimes.

problem solved, it was just a bad contact on the usb
