New bike circa £3000

So I'm looking around for a new bike and am currently thinking of either a BMC Teammachine SLR02 or a Cervelo S3 both running Ultegra components.
Will be doing a mixture of speed and climbing over a wide spread of varying quality tarmac.
Anyone got any views on either bike. I looked at Canyon as well but am not happy to mail order and would rather go to brick and mortars store to physically pick up a bike and someone I can go to with any issues.

I would want higher than Ultegra for 3 grand. And I couldn't get over that dog ugly crankset.0
