Hooray it's Wednesday, this can only mean one thing. I'll have a slight hangover tomorrow. Bunking off at 5 today to pick up the Mrs and then go to a parents evening at the school about 6th form stuff. Probably be very dull. Not much else going on, need to order a knocker at some point. Rather moist and windy out after mild start. Did Stevo pedal in, if so will he get blown off tonight?

It's no-pub-day for me
as I've started the 5:2 and because I feel like a right fat bastard I've decided that day one the plan will be a fasting day.
So far I've consumed about 280 calories and expended 1600 on a 47km ride this morning. Dinner is going to be white fish and steamed vedge.

I was going to offer to drink for HD, I could probably even manage a kip on the sofa. But drinking for 3 might get a bit too messy on a school night. It would need a complete lush to do that.

I imagine it's safe to assume that you'll be getting blown off tonight although nothing to do with bike riding

He really needs to reduce the psi he puts into Belinska as that happens rather too often. Belinska is probably more puncture repair patch than poly propylene. I suggest he requires an enlarging kit as the apertures are obviously too big for him.
Dropped toots off to nursery this morning and then went for a pedal. Stunning day - not many clouds, a light wind and acres of blue sky. Would have enjoyed it a bit more had I not been so goosed after the last 3 weeks i've had.
Anyone seen MF? Care to suggest where tf he is?
