Which bike to buy? Replacing stolen bicycle

I need to replace a stolen bicycle (2009 Giant Defy 3) that I've enjoyed for a couple years. I'm 5'8" and live in Colorado Springs. I do short rides regularly--I've put about a thousand miles on the bicycle in the last year and a half.

I've identified a few options and would welcome some feedback about these:
2005 Giant OCR3
2012 Fuji Newest 3.0
2007 Specialized Allez Elite (worried this may be too small)

Or any other suggestions?
