Speedplay adaptor for northwave shoes

Ok... I have easily adapted my Northwave extreme tech plus road shoes using the speedplay adapter kit so that I can use speedplay pedals.

I am now trying and failing to work out how on earth this can be done for my Northwave winter boots the (Northwave Extreme winter road GTX boots) They seem to have the speedplay adapter option just like the road shoes but the inner sole does not have an easily removable part, do I need to get out a stanley knife??

Can anyone help?

    I suspect that the sole is sealed so it stays waterproof so i wouldnt dare take a knife to it. To be honest it sounds like they don't have the option but they use a sole that is cut for a shoe which does.

    Make damn sure you keep the screws in good order too as if one siezes it's game over

    I think that you are right! I am going to complain to Northwave and see what they say!
