Scott 750 v whyte901

I'm new to mtb and I'm looking at getting one of these bikes scott750 are the whyte 901 what is your thoughts I'm 5.6 with a 30" leg / the Scott is a bit smaller than the whyte wich would probably fit me better

    Links to the bikes you are looking at please, that we know we are definitely looking at the right ones.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    Depends on which Scott you are looking at, there are scales 750, spark 750 or genius 750 for example....

    If its the scale then likely to be more race orientated hard tail with steeper headtube and handling with be more skittish then the Whyte.

    I had a scale and found trail centres hard going on it.
  • Yip it's the Scott scale 750 I'm going to get had a look at the whyte and it looks very long so I'm going for the. Scale I'm 5.6" with a 30" leg and short torso the scale is a good fit size small I hope I've made the right decision time will tell
