Afternoon folks,
Bit of a manic start to my day, the leisurely start was kyboshed daughter forgetting her bus pass necessitating a dash home and then on to the bus stop. Had a few daft customers on the phones today in addition to my normal ones. A reasonable amount of messing about in between working so not bad for a Monday. Might be out for beer and curry after work tomorrow.
Looking a bit blowy and moist out there now, the ride home might be more challenging than I would like.

  • Felt a bit off today, probably down to the last bottle of wine last night.

Skiing meeting tonight though so some more wine is on the cards.

Not sure if I'll get out on the bike this week as it looks decidedly iffy but I may just have to man up and go for it.

Afternoon Gents, another day, another cup of tea.

Debating what to do with some mtb shoes i bought, tad snug on the little toe but no half sizes. Debating to take the suffering (cant be bad compared to my climbing shoes) or size up and hope they don't slip around.

Need to clean the sand from my disc brakes too.

after a couple of long hard rides today was planned as a pool day lazing in the sun, distinct lack of sun though, grrrr

early walk to hiperdino for the shopping, then easy ride around town, had coffee and churros at the baker's, then the marina for lunch, did physio exercises, and now, gone 5 the cloud starts going, no bloody use now is it

tomorrow i ride, but if from the high roads through the volcanos i see blue sky to the south i'll be zooming back for pool and work on my tan some more
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

    Evening all :D

I've noticed a trend of the superior red mods closing threads in road general sections and encroaching on the lesser green mods territory. I wonder if any noses have been put out of joint?

    Evening roadies,

Good couple of rides in and out of work if a little soggy in parts and more interesting than the bit in between spent in meetings. As usual on pedalling days I've been eating for England, which I kinda like as it annoys the office fatties who are trying to diet

Work meh improved by playing with a new hire car

Tonight has involved seeing a pal for his birthday and changing a couple of light bulbs - which is about as far as my diy skills stretch
