I have a set of Reba RL Solo Air forks with 100mm of travel. Am I right in thinking I can increase the travel to 120mm by removing the bottomless tokens??

Nope. There may or may not be a travel reducing spacer in the air spring assembly. Some 100mm Rebas have them but most don't.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Bottomless tokens change the spring progression, they have no effect on travel at all.
If it's fairly new with bottomless included then increasing travel usually means buying new parts.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -

Cheers for the info and looking at the exploded diagram from the service manual, theres no spacer to remove0

What year is your fork? Does it already have bottomless tokens?0

They're from a 2015 bike and the manual shows bottomless tokens although not opened them up.0 -
In that case you will need a new air shaft to change the travel.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Try these guys http://locotuning.co.uk/revelation-parts.html got mine for my revelations from here. They are listed as revelation but talk to them as I believe the shafts for 120mm should be the same0
