Nice ride out to the finish of Stage 6 TOB in Nottingham. Even passed through Franks home town. Got the hammer down didn't want to get me bike nicked . Unfortunately there was a 30 minute plus break away and Cav had spannered himself further down the road . Still got to see Frank with his pet owl and West Highland terrier at the finish line.

Good day today, didn't kill anyone at work then bunked off early. Picked the Mrs up on the way home and sat and chilled for a bit. Just been out for drinks with a few close friends before my mates wedding tomorrow. Looking forward to a good day tomorrow with lots of friends and copious amounts of booze. Both kids are out tomorrow night so we shouldn't have to worry about them either.0
