After some new tyres for my Boardman Hybrid which I use solely for commuting 700c x 28 on a budget so nothing mind blowing price wise need something fast but with the winter months approaching needs to have some grip?

For cycling in winter (when punctures are the most irritating) and on a budget, it's hard to go past the Vittoria Randonneur II at £13.39 each.0

Thanks for the recommendations top two links are not available in my required 700c x 28mm as for the Planet X tyres have you any experience with these tyres? How they perform in wet and cold conditions?0
