Cable Rattle....urgh!!

Right then, does anyone have a really good solution to internal cable rattle on Ali frames?
Ive tried all sorts including cable ties etc.

I reckon the best solution could be the foam cable sleeve with approx 5mm inner diameter with an 8mm outer diameter, but I just cant find any despite a hour on google etc. I know Spec have some but the lengths are tiny. I need a few lengths of approx 500mm or a 1 metre.

Any help would be appreciated.

    When ever I have recabled my bikes with internal cables I have added some little rubber O-rings, usually 2 / 3 per cable length. The idea being to stop the cables touching / rattling against the frame tubes.
    I can't remember what they are called, try 'frame protectors' on Google or Ebay.
