Old Hope swap out.

Afternoon all.
I'm riding an old S-Works FSR with some ancient Hope single pot callipers. To be honest, they're shot. I've bled them numerous times and I think they need completely servicing. As they're pretty beaten up I'm going to swap them out for an entire SLX set up.
The thing is, the mounting's are different so I'll need adapters for the 180mm front and 160mm rear. I've not done this kind thing before so I'm uncertain as to what adapters I'll need.
Will it be worth fitting new rotors too?
Any help greatly received.
Cheers Jon.

just buy the set with the correct adaptors. or if they dont come with any buy the right ones. and it all depends on what you have now.
tip Hope calipers have numbers on them.
most kits come with rotors."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
