Muesli for breakfast, late start didn't happy. Been in the office since 7
Beautiful misty morning on the Wirral. Chester not so beautiful. Now procrastinating.
Anyone paddle board? Anyway have a good day everyone.
Crud over road later too. Maybe I should spend more time on the dark side forum.

Dont tell the accountant but some guy just handed me some cash for a bit of steel. Bike fund? What bike fund...
Other than that I'm hoping some lighting leads arrive today and my grass gets collected.Advocate of disc brakes.0 -
Morning folks,
Nice wobble in broken up with a coffee stop. Is it too early to stop for coffee after 1 mile? To be fair it's a friend of mine that's opened a coffee shop so I had to make a small diversion. Helped wake me up anyway.
Not much going on. I may have to kill someone, I'd rip his spine out but he doesn't appear to have one.0 -

A) it's a bit early for language like that
reduce the amount of caffeine
C) replace coffee with herbal tea
E) kill aforementioned lowlife and make humanity a better place
Off to London, legs recovered after my first century ride on Sunday which ended up being 116miles to see the tour. Great ride, even better company and now it looks like I'm joining a club.“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

What was option D? Tell him to grow a pair? That's pretty much what I did anyway, not that it will change anything.0

Pfft why waste your breath V68. Some staff have learnt to accept a look of mine which means sort your life out.
And do not swap coffee for herbal tea, this is not the knitting circle.
Procrastinating is going well, just bought some mtb shoes and pedals.0 -
Cold and thick fog for me this morning, cleared up to drizzle now! gotta love the midlands!
trying to decide if I need another Garmin, apparently aldi are selling the 500 for £80 later this month! I already have one but at that price it almost seems silly not to! someone I know must want one for christmas.www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0 -

Afternoon All, the hound got the better of me last night after getting my hand in a Vulcan death grip that left a some nice pin holes and scratches. Had to resist the urge to shout or call him a little bastard as it was 11pm and we were in the back garden at the time
A good pedal in this morning and some coffee seems to have cured me though."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

Interesting ride home. Nearly got squeezed off the road by a dozy bus driver and saw Samuel L. Jackson signing autographs as I went last Covent Garden Opera House - some fancy VIP event was on.
@Sa0 - it was the first one. But am learning how to subtly psyche him out a bit."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
Meh, i'm here finally. By this time next week, I just might be over the 3 weeks of hell.
Stunning couple of days. Light or no wind. Clear skies. Autumn isn't usually like this, just wonder what lies in store because there is no such thing as a free lunch unless you pillage the bins at the back of Tesco - now, there's an idea...
Dog's have a sixth sense Stevo. I wonder what he senses?

There's a charity ride, 19th September, 102 miles taking in all 13 Joules pubs.....starts at 11am at the New Inn, Newport. Severn Hospice is the charity of choice and in honour of a club member, Paul Grubert who passed earlier this year.

13 Joules pubs? Should be do-able if you limited yourself to 2-3 pints at each one.Ecrasez l’infame0
