Buying a new single gear bike

Hello, I'm new here and am looking into buying a bike.
I have a short-list of three below, any feedback on this would be really, really appreciated!
It has been a long, long time since I purchased a bike.
It is for riding on tarmac tow-paths, round the park and a bit of road riding to stay fit and family bike riding.
I'd like low maintenance, hence selection of single gear bikes having tried one out yesterday...
1) State Rutherford £375.00
2) Foffa Single Gear (Grey) £375.00
3) Quella Varsity (Cambridge) £339.00
I'd prefer a lighter bike but really want build quality to be paramount as well as a lack of need regarding servicing etc.
I was considering a Foffa Nexus 7, but think there is a risk that the gears could fail and be hard to repair after a while...
Please help! I'm really hoping to be on a bike again soon!
