Low stack headset

My felt f75 has an FSA no.42 headset,1.125" to 1.5 according to their website-it has a 15mm cone spacer,I'm after something a little shorter.
Can you actually buy a shorter cone spacer? 9mm for example, if not is there a headset out there with a lower stack?

Just try your local bike shop - they've probably got a box of headset bearing covers. The cone doesn't do anything special.
