27.5 Semi-slick tyres.

Hello folks,

just got mt first MTB ( Talon 3 ) but I am looking for some 27.5 semi-slicks to change over to when my 'Knobblies' wear out...........finding it hard to find anything suitable?

Do you mean like a commuter tyre or a fast cross country tyre will small knobs?

The marathons are pretty heavy due to the puncture protection layer, but if you're OK with that they seem a solid choice.

I'm also looking for some semi-slick tyres for commuting (plan to swap with the stock Kendas for off road, until they wear and I'll consider upgrading them).

Has anyone tried the Schwalbe Big Bens?
I also saw Vandorm slick tyres on ebay quite cheap, anyone know that brand?
