Yes, Halfords, but hey! It was cheap.
Carrera Vanquish. Now with Shimano RS21's in White , Vittoria Rubino Pros and Shimano clipless pedals. Need a white Cinelli seat pillar and perhaps a nice luminous bidon.
Rolls much better on the Shimanos than the standard no-names. Can get into the top two gears on the flat now. As a relative beginner I'm happy with that til I get 500+ miles.

I have changed the bottle mount.
I have also ordered the Cinelli White Seat Pillar and a Charge Spoon saddle In black with green stitching and logo.0
