I have another TT question!
I had a reasonably good TT season this year, I managed a 59:52 for a 25mile on my old Triathlon P3 and a new Kask Bambino. I do use overshoes, a skin suit and tight gloves.
What should I do to improve in 2016.
I intend to concentrate on cycling and TTing (less swimming and running)
Kit-wise what should I change, I'm even up for a new TT frame
Any thoughts?

Get yourself booked in for an aero coach session at Newport velodrome. You won't need a new frame unless it is wildly too big or small.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching

This^^
Improving my position has made me faster than any bit of kit would have, or even any training regime.0
