Just got a 2015 Cannondale Supersix Evo Carbon Racing Edition 2015 for £1250 !
You can use the voucher codes on sale bikes.
It was reduced from £2300 to £1499 so I used a voucher ccode for £250 off purchases over £1500 (I bought some bar end plugs for a quid !)
So £1250, then I thought I'll put it on 24mths interest free as well.
Reckon I'll get about £700 for my Swift and pay a lump off so jobs a good'un.
Got them in most sizes.

Cheers

    Yeah.....but.......that colour scheme. Yuck.

Great deal though as you say. This is the time of year for it, if you can be patient over the summer it sure pays off.

Well the saddle is going straight away for a plain black one, RS81s to go on and a zipp stem and seatpost.
I havent actually seen one in the flesh ! (I have had a supersix in this size befre though before you all start)
Matt finish is like the rival (I thin) mode that I have seen.
    Pics next weekend hopefully.

I think epic cycles had one of these on display earlier this year, it looks much better in the flesh as i recall,
the rival supersix in blue/purple looked great too..very tidy deal with the 24 months interest free

Went to cycle division on Saturday but they didn't have any of them left.

Prologo Nago Evo T2.0 or something but my Concor FX is going on it.
Kind of forgot about the cash back till after I'd bought it.
I was just looking, then thought I'll just see if voucher code works, and just see if they do 0% finance and then just clicked and boom I've bought a bike !

May sneak some carbon hoops on when I sell my current bike, funds permitting, although idea was to aay at least half finance off straight away and then it will be paid for rrady for next August bank holiday sales !

Interested and may pull the trigger tonight on one of these.

Out of interest, apart from the groupset and colour, is there any difference between the racing and ultegra version?

Both are £1499 but the racing was originally £2300 where the ultegra was only £2000

Also, I'm coming from a giant defy composite which i reckon weighs around 9kg. Is there much difference between that and the cannonade?

I was also interested in the scott solace for £1250

Force is normally a bit more expensive than ultegra, I think the wheels are bit better (a little lighter than aksiums) the tyres are definitely better, the Cannondale finishing kit is the same level on both, rear brake cable is internal on the SRAM bike, so a few little differences you may or may not think would have been worth an extra £300.
I have force 22 already so it was always going to be the racing edition.
Cycle division review said the racing was 7.29kg out the box so yes you would definitely feel the difference.
The supersix has very different headtube sizes compared to the equivalent sized defy so if you have spacers on the defy you'll probably need even more on the supersix so compare the geometry out first. The solace is more like your defy ride wise.
Get a Cannondale, distance selling regs should mean you can return it if not happy (unridden though) plus you won't lose much at that price if you decide after a few months you don't like it.
I normally bike frame and components separate but at this price its a steal just check the reviews of the supersix frame for the last 5 years.
    Can't wait !

Came home for lunch and the delivery driver pulled up as I was opening the front door :)

Bit concerned though as it doesn't feel right to me

It seems very loud when turning the cranks in either direction. Possibly coming from the bottom bracket area
Can you check and see if yours is the same tonight

Didn't notice anything wrong with mine.
Cables are a bit long around the bars and the bit sticking up from the front mech which catches on something wherever you put it.
Put my saddle on and RS81s (with the Schwalbe's provided).
Bit more faffing tonight before a proper ride tomorrow but it all looks very promising :D

    m

Yeh I had a proper look last night and everything was ok

The box was damaged in delivery and the left hand shifter was sticking out of the box.
It's very slightly scuffed but tredz did well and offered me £75 in vouchers
