Sod letting the North West down, I'm a Londoner! Sadly, gone are the days when I'd jump on the train for a night in the pub -- 15 years ago I could get to London and back for about £22 from here. Now it's more like £80.

I thought there was a suspicious amount of traffic on the Blog tonight! I'm home and will post something with pretty pictures of fjords in the background ruined by me in the foreground. Would like to go for drinks in London myself but limited opportunities unless the 18th is any good to anyone.Faster than a tent.......0 -

Thank you and that sounds promising. Realistically needs to be pretty central for me though - coming down mid afternoon from Leeds and then through to Haywards Heath at not too hopeless an hour so as to bother my aged parents too much when I get there so anywhere between KX, LB or Victoria works.Faster than a tent.......0
