Headset for Claud Butler Milano

Hi, can someone advise me of which size and suggest a model of headset to replace the grinding stiff excuse of a headset I currently have fit my Claud Butler Milano 2011 road bike. Thanks

    It'll be 1.125" integrated of some description - simply remove the bearings and take them to your LBS and ask for replacements
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Thanks, was concerned the surface that the bearings sit in is worn and that appears to be press fitted to the bike.
