Im looking to build a TT bike. Dont want to spend a fortune and was looking at the Argon E-116 frame. Anybody have one and rate it? Canyon dont seem to sell their TT frame as frame only but that was potentially another option.

You can get an Exocet 2 for £500 at the moment. Great frame for the money.
E-116 is a good frameset, but I reckon you can do better for the cash. If you need a Medium then the Plasma 3 is a steal: http://startcycles.co.uk/scott-plasma-premium-frameset-black.htmlEnglish Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0 -
Massive reduction! The Argon is reduced to less than that and is electronic compatible and has brake calipers. Not sure about Scott sizing will need to investigate.Pegoretti

If you're a small then this is a steal: http://www.westbrookcycles.co.uk/scott-plasma-premium-hmx-tt-tri-frameset-with-11-speed-ultegra-di2-electric-pack-2014-p232525
Alternatively you can get the full bike with mechanical for not much more: http://www.westbrookcycles.co.uk/scott-plasma-10-tt-tri-bike-2014-p232393English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0 -
