Shimano disk brakes and groupset

If I bought a disk brake frame, so far as the groupset and brakes go, I'd be after Shimano 105 5800 and Shimano RS685 hydraulic brakes - I'm not even a 100% sure those two things go together? How much would that cost? What exactly would I need to get? I don't quite understand the interplay / overlap between those two things and when buying disc brakes what exactly is needed?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Look at the spec on this bike, it uses Shimano 11sped compatible RS685 STI/Hydro brake levers and RS785 caliper and 140 disc rotors.

There is also the new 105 level ST-5505-R / ST-5505-L, BR-5505 Caliper/Rotor0 -
Starbike have the 105 groupset with hydraulics for just over £500 IIRC.
I think you want a frame with the attachment points for the brakes on the chain stays rather than the seat stays.
think Kinesis T5 rather than Kinesis pro60 -

Ah right, I didn't know a 105 hydraulics version groupset exists - its existence answers my question. Thanks.0
